Pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Ersan Holding A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller, within the scope and under the conditions set out below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Managing relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners,
• Assessing requests, suggestions and complaints,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring regulatory compliance,
• Planning and carrying out information security processes.

Limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations, to our group companies and to the business partners from whom we receive services, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected through our website, by email, via application forms and through physical and electronic channels, by wholly or partly automated means or by non-automated means, and is processed on the legal grounds set out in the KVKK.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its erasure or destruction, and to object to its processing.
